  I've used many services at this UPS Store over the years, and have always been promptly helped by the friendly, professional staff.  But today we took it to a whole other level by getting married at the UPS Store! When we found out the Shelby County courthouse no longer offers civil ceremonies, we didn't know what to do.  We didn't want to go to a church, we didn't have any ordained friends, and other notary services turned us away because they weren't comfortable filling out wedding paperwork.  I'm so glad we called the UPS Store and spoke to Bill.  He told us they notarize marriage licenses all the time and that we didn't even need an appointment.  We went right away and had the smoothest wedding process ever!  After all the bureaucratic hurdles, it was a huge relief.  Thank you Bill!

  Shamerria was superb in her customer service skills, knowledgeable of her surroundings and task at hand in my transaction ☺️ They moved the line so fast I hardly had a chance to finish filling out my small part of the form, thank goodness it was just my name and student code - I knew them by memory lol. Thank you Shamerria! This was customer service at it's best, what I'm use to- being a 70s baby lol

  The atmosphere and energy of the employees working. They are by far the friendliest, most courteous, kindest, and most caring and efficient associates in UPS that I have encountered personally. Shamerria, Kaylen, and Cayla are TOP TIER!

  The attitude of the staff was exceptional! They made my trip in simple and they were very polite, even the ones who were not helping me! I really appreciate GREAT customer service, it’s rare these days! I even asked for their name and asked if I could do a survey. Kaylen, Shmerria and Cayla made my experience seamless and it was fun even! The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming!!!

  I have a UPS MYCHOICE membership and have all of my packages redirected to this store to prevent porch piracy. They have always been efficient and friendly - hard to find in many businesses in Memphis. In particular, I recently had two packages from the same vendor, same ship date, etc... that the UPS app showed as delivered to this store. When I arrived, only one was there. The manager took my name and number and called when it finally turned up. In today's world, that is above and beyond. THANKS!
