  The assistant manager didn't give me the correct info about getting a paper notarized. I had to come back and talk to the store manager.

  When I went in, there was a new associate being trained. (ANITA) She immediately greeted me. Her trainer stood a little ways behind her as she was retrieving my package. He was guiding her, but not overshadowing. I could tell she knew her stuff. He was asking her questions, she answered well. She also inquired about procedures. You could tell he was impressed and he validated her questions by telling her they were good questions.They complimented each other well. It was good to see that first hand. It made my visit pleasant even though I wasn't in there long.

  After waiting 30 minutes, They would not accept my package although it meets all criteria. He said it had to be in a box rather than plastic shipping material. It was in the same package I received it in. I took the same exact package to ups in Southaven and they shipped it with no problems. Do not waste your time. The employees are rude and they move so slow. No sense of urgency or customer service skills.
