    I went to ship a package with a pre-paid shipping label back in March 2026. Immediately when I went up, the employee said, “We don’t do that here, you have to go the post office.” There was no greeting or smile. I correct her and said that the pre-paid label was made to ship from any UPS store, as stated on the website I had got the label from. She told me to send the label through the UPS store email listed on the desk. I send the label via email but she stated she had problems pulling it up on her computer. I tried to send it again in various formats such as a link or a photo and nothing seems to work. She did not seem to want to help me at this point. All in the process of doing this, her focus is on helping other customers. She then starts to get frustrated and claim that whatever I sent froze her computer and she can’t get anything to work. She starts to yell at me that whatever I did made her computer freeze up. She ends up giving up and telling me that i’m going to have to go to the post office or come back in the morning. I left and went to the UPS store in Germantown. I was greeted with a smile and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my package successfully shipped out the next day. There was no claims that I needed to do it at the post office or that my label was freezing the computer system. The difference in experience was immense. Will never plan to come to this UPS store again.
