  Wow. Stood in line for almost 30 min. Just to get a tracking number for my prepackaged item. The guys behind the counter have no clue what they are doing.

  Public Service Announcement (PSA) If you are planning to return a package, I strongly recommend you avoid the UPS Store on Hackcross if you expect exceptional customer service. I went there yesterday morning to return a few packages. The employee working the counter was rude and unprofessional. He did not greet me, and even though he was the only person working and the line was getting long, his attitude was unacceptable. When it was my turn, I asked a quick question about the email address for the return/shipping information. He did not respond appropriately, and it felt like my question bothered him rather than being handled like a normal customer inquiry. While I was waiting to address my return, he continued helping the customer who was being served when I walked up. After my labels were printed from the email information I provided, I started packaging everything. He then told me I could not use the plastic bag I had and that I needed to use a proper shipping bag, and he communicated it in a rude way. I left immediately because the experience was not what I expect from a UPS location. In the past, I have gone to this store and the representatives were helpful and accommodating.

  The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached him, he told me to wait because he wasn’t ready. While I was trying to ask a simple question, he chose to finish taping and organizing a box instead of acknowledging me, making me wait unnecessarily. Once he finally decided to help me, all he did was tell me that this location does not take passport photos. What makes this even more frustrating is that this service is clearly advertised both in the store and on the company’s website. This was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time. Go to Walgreens instead at Shelby Drive and Hacks Cross excellent service.

  Only 2 stars specifically because the heavy set Hispanic guy was extremely rude to not only me but other customers. Yes it was nearing closing time but so what. Hours of operation IS JUST THAT. He told me my package wasn’t there and said there was nothing he could do. Another worker went right over and found it. She tried to save face by saying my name was misspelled but it wasn’t at all. I didn’t get loud or belligerent as he may have expected. I signed for my package and left. If you’re going to be in customer service jobs? Have customer service about yourself because it could’ve been worse.

  My sister and I rented a mailbox under her name. Because I travel for work and she works all day, we wanted a guarantee of 24 hr access. They promised in email last year that we'd have it. We had some trouble getting the access code at first. It took over 2 weeks, but we got it. Immediately after renewing in June, the store started bolting the door to prevent after-hours access. It's been like that for almost 2 months with no explanation other than a notice inside our mailbox (that we couldn't access until she made it to the store during their hours after 3 weeks!!). The notice said they regret the "temporary malfunction", with no known date of when we will have access again. Two months without mail access isn't acceptable. She went a few nights ago and saw that the gate inside WAS closed, and appeared to be fine but the door was still bolted.
