Hello everyone,
I would like to share my very bad experience with this UPS Store Manager. He was dishonest, rude, and completely unprofessional. He promised my flyers would be finished within one week, but after more than 10 days, nothing was completed.
When I contacted him by email to ask for an update, his response was disrespectful and unacceptable. I will post screenshots so everyone can see the truth for themselves.
As a business owner, time is extremely important. Delays like this can seriously hurt promotions, customers, and business operations. I do not want other hardworking people in the community to waste their time, money, and energy dealing with this kind of service.
Please be careful before going there. Professional businesses should respect their customers, keep their promises, and communicate honestly.
I’m sharing this to protect the community and other working people from having the same experience.

I want to share my very disappointing experience with this UPS location. The Store Manager was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed no concern for customer service or customers’ time.
I trusted this location with my business printing order and was told it would take one week. I waited more than 10 days, only to find out that nothing had been completed. This delay seriously affected my business promotion and wasted both my time and energy.
Instead of providing help or communication, the manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers do not matter. A professional business should respect appointments, deadlines, and customer concerns, but unfortunately this location failed completely.
I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS store until management improves. If you need reliable service, professionalism, and respect, it may be better to choose another UPS location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The store manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He shouted at me during our conversation and treated me with no respect as a customer.
Customer service should always be handled with professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I felt uncomfortable and frustrated by the way I was treated.
I would not recommend this location to others until the management situation improves. I am writing this review to help save other customers their time and energy. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this store.

had a very bad experience at this UPS location. The manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I came there for flyer printing, and I was promised the work would be completed within one week. However, after more than 10 days, the job was still not finished. Instead of helping, the manager spoke to me very badly and said, “I’m not working for you.”
Customers deserve honesty, respect, and good service. Unfortunately, this location failed in all of those areas. I strongly recommend that UPS management look into this issue and improve customer service at this branch. People should not be treated this way.
Very disappointing experience.
