  I would prefer no stars. Today I stood at the counter for FIVE MINUTES without anyone behind the counter making eye contact. Maybe they couldn't speak English, but a smile would have been nice. I was the only person in the restaurant, but they apparently were making orders for people who had ordered online. Still. Adding after reading other reviews: Why don't they just shut down this joint? Bad service? Bad food? Is Subway just depending on the poor souls who end up there after seeing the sign on the interstate? I will add this, too: If you plan to be in this particular part of Memphis (Sycamore View at I-40), pack yourself a lunch. It is a food desert. There are no options nearby for nutritious food.

  The subs are ok there and ive had better at other locations but the cookies are extremely stale! Like you can throw it thru a glass window stale.

  Sandwich was good but this the 2nd time they charged me for a 12inch when I ordered a 6inch. Also, the drink looks like our water coming out the fountain and it taste funny. Not sure if they’re trying to save money but don’t seem right.

  They one have one person in here working then they can barely understand English and take almost 15 minutes to make a sandwich
