  BAD FOOD! BAD SERVICE! TERRIBLE Customer Service ! I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich and bag .25 chips online drove down to pickup wasn't greeted but anyway grab my food headed to my car something told me to look at my food before I head to work. Thank God I did. My bread was stale, and it didn't end there I opened it up the lettuce looked stringy and brownish the pepperoni look stuck to 🥪 bread. It look like the sandwich stayed out night. I took it back in to get it made fresh. I told the two young ladies about the sandwich they took the sandwich to the back young man comes from the back and say what's wrong with the sandwich I said the sandwich looks stale the bread is stale he said it's fresh it's not hard you had it toasted I said I know I had sandwich done at Subway before and my bread is never been still or hard so he instantly said I'm just going to refund you your money back Danny say you still got my bag of chips I said sir I didn't want my money back I wanted you to fix me a fresh sandwich so he was like I want my chips I want my chips I said you can have your bag of chips I don't want your chips I'm going to bring them I don't have them on me I'm going to go to the car and get your chips and I'm going to bring it back into you really rude once again terrible customer service

  Customer service place needs to be clean up and up dated the look was not good the floor and the doors needed to be cleaned

  I needed a quick and familiar lunch while traveling through the area, so I decided to pull over and grab a sandwich. The dining area was tidy enough, and they had all the standard ingredients ready to go behind the counter. I ordered a classic turkey sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread, and while the veggies looked decent, the bread itself was a little bit dry and crumbly around the edges. The employee making my food was moving pretty fast to get through the lunch line, but they were a little skimpy on the toppings and meat. It is a perfectly okay option if you just need a fast, predictable meal to eat in your car during a long drive, but it was nothing special.

  Is it me or has the portions/size of the bread shrunk? If you notice the bread is so much smaller than they used to be, but the price has increased!

  If I could give 0 stars I would! My daughter was in line and it was taking forever because they slow in there and my grandson needed to use the restroom. They said the bathroom passcode is on the receipt. Who does that to a child? Apparently, Subway does! So you expect a 5 year old to hold his pee while the team take 40 minutes to make 5 peoole sandwiches? Just ridiculous, so we went up the street to the better location where we purchased food and could use the restroom before purchase. These locations must be under different franchise owners!
