Drivers dont deliver and packages get stolen when you call them they are unprofessional

Extremely disappointed with @FedEx. My package has been stuck and held for over a week now with no valid reason provided. Trying to get a straight answer or any real help from customer service has been an absolute nightmare.
When you pay for a service, you expect reliability and respect — not endless delays and radio silence. As a French-speaking customer, the language barrier has only made this situation even more frustrating.
This needs to be resolved now. 🛑📦

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, which was very helpful, to help me get my package shipped (I messed up a few things). They were also very quick to when I arrived. It was busy but over very nice and helpful

I feel the folks I spoke with at FedEx is untruthful & uncaring. There are some honest & caring folks at FedEx but that wasn't my experience for the last 3 days. I feel as though they depends on their replacement policy to help them when packages gets lost & their problem is fixed. I'm an elderly citizen & I rcv an email stating my package was delivered on 3/28 & another email stating my package was delivered on 3/29 but it was not delivered. On 3/30/26 FedEx said they located the package & it'll be here today but it never arrived. FedEx had no pictures of delivery, just a blank sheet of paper where they misspelled our name. I called CS & they specifically said no package was delivered to my address!! I understand every one makes mistakes & mistakes can be fixed!!! I feel like they knew the package had disappeared into the universe & will never be recovered unless they spoke to the driver. I also feel as though someone is sitting on my computer gaming chair that I paid for & never rcv. I pray my review helps you.. Blessings
