  Do not use the hub or any FedEx service. They will lose your packages, even if they are extremely important and high value. You can call repeatedly and do traces and they will not care. They will close your tickets and no managers or supervisors that are on site will answer you. Be warned, FedEx customer support is horrible and this location is known for stealing and losing packages.

  Abusive towards customers. Refuse to follow their store policies and corporate policies confront lables. Harass customer and tell them they must use a qrcode which is false. This is all of the regular staff including the manager. When people act like this in customer service they should find other jobs. They are poor representatives of Fed Ex and disgrace the company standards.

  It wasn't great. They don't print out shipping labels that you have pre-made. The service there sucked too. I tried to get a package held and they told me it was no longer there. Tried to call the next supposed facility that it was at and they said, "Nope it hasn't even left the first facility." So the people at the first facility straight out lied to me. They even went in the back to "look for my package". They lied to me. So terrible an experience. I wanted my package rescinded so that I could send it with a different priority. Without a FedEx shipping account they put restrictions on your shipping. You can't do anything over the phone. Basically you're on your own. I got hung up on twice and I got kicked out of the system a couple times too, just trying to find someone who could tell me what to do with my package. So not a great experience

  Drivers dont deliver and packages get stolen when you call them they are unprofessional
