  I had the worst experience ever with this location on Sunday 5/17/26. I was looking to ship a package to Houston, TX. The lady who said her name was Portia, the one with dreads in her hair, was very rude, and I just couldn’t understand why. She started by having a hard time measuring my package to find out what size box I needed, so I began asking her questions, and every answer came with an attitude. She asked me for the zip code for the package so I begin to call the person who is receiving the package in Houston for the zip code as I am waiting for her to answer I wanted to ask Portia the lady with dreads I would also like to see how much overnight would be because she needed her package asap instead of her just saying I can’t do anything without the zip code. She looked at me with an attitude on her face and said ZIP CODE.. as if I didn’t even ask her a question. It’s people like that who ruin company businesses, so I began to pack my equipment up and head to ups she then stated sorry I couldn’t help you sarcastically!!
