  I get into the location logging five heavy boxes. There's a young lady that is at the counter already so I set the boxes to the side and I stand waiting on my turn to come up to the counter... I'm sitting there waiting and two other people walk in the door behind me I'm standing off to the side but still visibly the second person in the building. The clerks look right past me and go to assist people that just walked through the door piss poor customer service

  Really rude and unaccommodating!!! I stopped by to drop off my ATT internet box and the lady at the counter told me I needed my account information before she could do it. (Extremely Rude) Definitely not a good place! I didn't have that information available so I left. The box could be dropped off at UPS or FedEx. I dropped it off at the UPS office on Highland and Poplar and the you lady asked for my name and address only and there was all the information needed! No account info me from me. UPS is sooooooo much better than FedEx!!! Friendlier and patient.
