  DHL is the most incompetent delivery company. I had two warranty replacement devices shipped to me that they were unable to deliver both times. Once the delivery driver lied and said no one was there to sign, though I was waiting in my garage with the door open from 8am until 2pm and no one showed, but I received a message on the app that the delivery needed to be rescheduled. I rescheduled for the next day at my work. They’re now telling me it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Keep in mind this is after it’s taken almost a month to get this part replaced simply through the poor shipping and logistics of DHL from this hub specifically. You should all be ashamed, but what do I expect from Memphis. Update: now they send me a message to email them after their customer service stated there was nothing they could do and just have to wait. You’re not going to act like you care on Google and ignore me over the phone.
