  These guys in this store are very lazy. They don't want to do anything except sell you a phone or pay a bill. They were extremely unhelpful with requests and are constantly trying to make me call customer service after I clearly told them that customer service directed me to go into a store so that an agent can call the help desk due to my situation. Vaughn just cursed me out so bad and called me all kind of names. I called the store im Southaven and explained my situation and they stated that they could indeed contact the help desk and solve my issue. So if you need help with something other than paying your bill or buying something from this store on Shelby Drive and Millbranch, I highly recommend that you go to a different location because these men in here are no help at all. And they will curse you out like a dog because they are not competent in all aspects of their position. I am on my way to Southaven and I will be leaving them a 5 start review.
