  I took my Son here today so that he can get a new phone. He wanted just a basic phone, to get a free one. Mr. Mario showed him a variety of phones that he could choose from. Ranging from Samsung, Motorola and many more. He decided to go with the Samsung and the $30 plan. He also purchased the screen protector, case. This was a good experience with cricket today.

  I had a pretty complicated issue with a SIM card not providing service for a new iPhone 12 but the support at this retailer made it completely painless to resolve. Elena, AB, and everybody involved in solving the issue were absolutely fantastic help and I can not think of a better customer support experience in recent memory.
