Really dislike leaving reviews but this had to be said. There was three employees and seven people waiting in line. They just were annoyed customers were coming in the door. Huffin and Puffin… really need to get back to the old ways of FedEx where customers were prioritized and not looking in your phone on social media…. I’m guessing at the last statement but that’s what it felt like looking at the people working on their phones.

Lady had a attitude because I came to the counter instead of their self-service kiosk

Went to get labels printed and rude staff ruined labels and didn’t even offer to replace them.
