    Don't order online. Even if you paid on line, waiting in line, early, they will ask you to go out of line and wait for the other customers. If you have an additional 30min a day, its a great way to waste time.

    I don't review places often but have to share my experience here. The card reader was down (which happens often) but upon entering I was not told till after 7-8 minutes of waiting in line. People in front of me and behind were frustrated because he waited that long to tell us about the issue. I had cash so I waited in line still and ordered. As I was ordering he was talking to someone through his AirPods and did not get everything I wanted on my sub. Me being already frustrated, I wanted to just pay and leave. After paying I was supposed to receive $1.25 back but he just kept the change. At that point, I told my wife that we would never go back to that Subway again and she agreed. It is by far the worst experience I've had at a Subway. Disappointed is an understatement.

    UPDATED REVIEW BELOW This Subway has been going downhill for a very long time. The Italian BMT is supposed to have 6 slices of pepperoni and salami. They only put 5 slices. The lady that works here is the only friendly one. I have heard many people say they only accept online orders which makes absolutely no sense. The lettuce here always tears my stomach up beyond belief to the point where I can never get lettuce on my sandwiches. They do not accept coupons either. You'll say "extra pickle" and they just do a line of like 7. It's terrible that this is basically of the only restaurant in Lynchburg that is open past 7. We need a Sonic. UPDATED This subway has improved and I have started going here the most often for lunch. They stopped skimping on things like they used to. I wish they would take coupons though.
