  Lousy customer service. Only one person working. Unable to reach a representative via phone call. Why would you have 8 customers waiting outside to ship, hours show open and the front door is locked?

  Fedex corporation should be ashamed of themselves. I brought in a automotive transponder chip key for my disabled father's handicap van and had it sent out. It did not arrive to its destination. I've been told every story from it was a suspicious package, to it's damaged, to its fraud! No one will give me a straight answer. Nobody calls back as promised. They will not tell me the location of my key or return my property. And unfortunately, my disabled father is the one who's suffering because of their actions. Something needs to be done!

  Why do you have overnight delivery of you don't deliver the next morning or day. Also since you didn't deliver overnight, I should've been the first stop today.

  Their published hours say they close at 10 but they have a sign on the door saying they close at 9:30. They need to update their website and Google listing to actually be accurate
