  Ordered a Veggie Patty sub for pickup, but they completely forgot to put the actual patty in the sandwich—it was literally just bread and toppings. Tried calling the store multiple times right after pickup and no one picked up the phone. Waste of money and poor customer service.

  I recently ordered online from this Subway store. When I went to pick up my order, Zach made everything perfect! He even went above and beyond to address some items that were missing from my order. His professional and friendly service was truly commendable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you, Zach, for your attention to detail and for making my experience so pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning!

  We stopped by there tonight at 8:05 pm. As a customer left my son opened the door to go in. I don't know if it was the employee or a friend but a young man grabbed the door and locked it and then told my son they were closed as he pushed my son back out ofthe door.I'm sorry we went so late but this could have been handled a lot better and not so rude. I won't bother them again with my business. We will go to the one on the other end of town. They have never been rude. Thank you
