  ​"This is the absolute worst Cricket store I have ever dealt with. Everyone was nice and friendly when I was spending over $1,000 on phones, but when something went wrong and I came in to return a device, they were very rude. They refused to let me return the phone even though the seven-day window hadn't expired. I even got a supervisor on the phone to help, but the store staff refused to speak with them. I will never use this location again."

  Have had been using cricket since november. I love it. They are friendly and helpful in store and the cell service is amazing so happy I switched
