  My very 1st and last time at wing stop I got 5 piece chicken strip combo .The wings were very tough not hot tasted like oil needed changing wings had been under heat lamp awhile (I've worked at many restaurants) almost $15 for crap would not recommend. Took 15 minutes to get order feel sorry for all the to go orders up on rack at least 4-5 bags on rack .I fed them to neighbors dog .

  Went inside to order but walked out- the owner might want to retrain the managers and employees- maybe no phones and/or headphones while on duty....would be a great start!

  Well yesterday was the first time here and probably the last. While driving home from work I was going to call in an order for some wings to pick up. I tried to call for 15 minutes with no luck. When I walked in they asked if I was picking up or placing an order and when I told her that I had been trying to call she had someone to check the phone and they obviously have the ringer turned off. So I preceeded to order and the guy asked if I wanted any dipping sauces and I asked if they were included and he said yes so I ordered some. When he told me the total I thought it seemed a little much for taxes so after receiving my receipt I looked at it and I was charged for the sauces. I went back up to the register and told the lady what had happened. She never once apoloized for the mistake and said that she could not give me a refund today because the GM wasn't there. So she said she could try to text them about the refund which she did and they told her to give me my refund. People need to realize that customer service means a lot to a business.

  WANT WINGS?? Big Kahuna 10 minutes down the road has great service and food. I ordered plain wings and requested sauce on the side. Lady at the front gave attitude when asking for mild sauce AND had the audacity to tell me I had to pay extra it AFTER SPENDING more than $75. When I ordered wings with sauce in the past they have been soggy and nasty. I like a crunch. Cajun corn over cooked, fries old (got there 5 minutes after order was “ready”) Horrible service, no greeting when walking in. Don’t try calling, they won’t answer.

  Walked in at 1040am and they asked if we needed to order and we said yes. Then told us it would be 30min wait. Nobody was in the restaurant.
