  I walked in to drop off a package and there was a long line, although it moved pretty fast, it still look 5-10 minutes to get to the front. The employees were very polite and ready to help and the actual process of dropping my package off was very quick. There were plastic bags that were out of stock when I came in but a female employee refilled them immediately after being notified that there were none left. The store itself was very clean and there were no empty boxes, any tape, or bags laying around. Dropping my package off was an enjoyable experience because of the friendliness and professionalism of the employees and the cleanliness and organisation of the entirety of the store.

  My experience is not from one visit to this location, it's from a dozen bad experiences over a 5-year period. Today's experience was just the icing on the cake, and definitely my last time ever doing business at this location. Their major problem is that their staff is just not properly trained, and are incompetent and unprofessional. Which is partly due to a huge turnover in their staff. The female staff member I had today, clearly needs more training, and told me that I had to open an account to ship a very small 6-oz. Package, and it would cost over $40.00 After I complained about the outrageous fee, she told me there wasn't a cheaper rate. Then after seeing I was ready to leave, then she found a lower rate for $18.00 So I agreed to the rate, and to open an account. After she took 10-minutes to input all my information... she must have hit the wrong button. All my information was erased from the computer. Instead of starting the entire 10-minutes over again... I had to politely walk out! Never again will I go to this poorly run location.

  It's really cool. The employees will watch you park, unload some boxes, and when you walk towards the front door they'll close and lock it. 7:01PM I grabbed the door. I get it, 60 seconds pass close time, but they watched and knew I was coming because they were standing by the door helping someone else load their car. Whatever, y'all are just going to say it's my fault anyways.

  If I could give them lower than one star I would. Lost my package that had $100 worth of items in it. Talked to UPS main office they told me I would have to show my receipt to the store. Got to the store and they said I would have to contact corporate. Then basically said there is nothing I can do. Talked with corporate 3 different operators and they all three said they would have to transfer me to billing. All 3 times they would send me back to the beginning automated operator. UPS you all have lost my business, pretty sorry at customer service.
