  Been a cricket customer 17 yrs. The young girl working yesterday had absolutely NO customer service skills. None. Zero. Zilch. Was trying to get info for my fiance so that he could switch over his phone # and carrier to Cricket. Wanted to know what Android S series he had as options. Very simple/straight forward questions. Our answers were given in words like "you'd get this and stuff". "No difference in these phones, just this one has extra stuff". Asked her to explain numerous times and all she did was repeat the same and get frustrated. Walked out SO discouraged. A 17yr customer and now I'm thinking that I'll be the one to change carriers. Do better in training your employees Cricket on simple customer service skills, like knowing what type of cell phones are sold at a cell phone store!!!
