  They have become a really efficient location for Amazon returns. There has been almost no line the last 5 or 10 times I have used them. Great job they are doing.

  Went in to this location because it is conveniently located near me. I brought in some Amazon returns and some papers to be notarized. A gentleman helped with the Amazon returns and said it would be a minute for the notary as they only had one on staff. Without addressing us she said she was leaving after helping the person she was with and would not help us. We waited in line for a while to get help and were ignored by the notary. I do not know how long it takes to notarize anything as i believe it’s just witnessing signatures and signing and stamping the form but i did not think signing 4 papers was going to be that long. If you offer notarizing i feel like more than one person should be authorized to do so.

  Came in to just get a form notarized and the teenager behind the counter stated one person knows how to notarize and she was working the desk next to him, she rudely said she is about to clock out and wouldn't make eye contact with anyone, this lady is older and unprofessional. I asked him again, so we cannot get something notarized while were here that you guys provide a service for and he just said no. This place needs better employees and maybe work on your people skills.

  I have always had kind associates until today and one woman was rude and mean, that’s the first time I have ever had a bad associate!

  I was just in there just this morning May 4, 2026. I was doing a return and I felt the woman was a little abrupt with me. She was tall with short gray hair. They’ve always been so friendly there I had a return both pieces came in the same box so I packaged it up in the same box to return it, and she said you can’t do that which was fine. It’s just after everything was done she said you can take the box with you. I was like OK she was not the friendliest person. Let’s put it that way.
