  I have placed two separate to go orders for this store and BOTH times they “were not in the system” the employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t try to even rectify the situation. Both times already pending out of my bank account. Both times we were told “you can talk to the manager tomorrow” meaning it will never be fixed. So just save the time and energy and place your mobile orders somewhere else.

  Didn’t even finish my question and the guy said he couldn’t help , they don’t honor their own coupons and have terrible customer service .

  Ordered online to pick up. Two sandwiches we're all American Subs with two different cheeses and toppings. Neither sandwiches were right. My husband's had spinach which he did not order, mine had a few pcs of spinach when I ordered regular on all my toppings. Overall I was very disappointed!

  First time in Nashville I had a subway gift card and I tried to use it at the Subway in Walmart. Technical difficulties, it didn’t work..no problem…I didn’t push the issue. I asked him if I could make the order online, dude said a bunch of stuff that equaled to no… well I began to leave since there was no way I could pay for the food, I didn’t have any cash on me. DUDE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME!!! He said I’ve done this to him several times and he is not going to keep letting me get away with allowing him to make the food and not paying. I told him several times that he has me mixed up with someone else, IVE NEVER BEEN TO NASHVILLE BEFORE TODAY!!! Now I will admit he did make my sandwich first and then I found out my gift card wouldn’t work…I literally bought the card in front of him off of prezzi… He called the store manager to see what he wanted to do and I assume that the store manager didn’t wanna press the issue so dude told me to leave and don’t come back…I can see if I tried to steal the sandwiches or something but to call the cops on me for not having the cash to buy the item????…..smh…I keep having bad luck at Subways…I won’t be back….
