    Ordered DoorDash. Out of tuna. Had no chicken. Asked for them to substitute the meat in my wrap with turkey. After 30-45+ min of waiting I received my order and it was a bowl. $15+ for a bowl. Called and the guy said the wraps were stale and he didn’t feel comfortable serving me stale wraps. Said that was not an issue identified to me or it seems like my DoorDash driver. He said he wasn’t sure whether I would want bread, which is why he put in a bowl. I said my wrap is made of bread so bread would’ve been a more plausible substitute. Guy was going on his 30 minute break so they said they could remake it but it would be an hour. And it is currently 12:50 AM. I’m not going down there in an hour even though it’s a 30 minute break.

    I stood in line while the person working made 3 sandwiches for like 10 minutes She was so slow. She even looked at me & made eye contact, Only to make me wait.Then tell me to Come back in 15 minutes, She was hoing on break & couldn't make my sandwich. Why couldn't she tell me before I wasted my time standing in line. SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! 2/28 11:30pm incase you want to see who was working.

    My husband and I had a bad experience at this Subway and I let a complaint on the main Subway website. The general manager, Joey, was very quick to call me in an attempt to make things right. He was super friendly and genuine, which i really respect. We will definitely be giving them another chance. Thanks for taking care of the problem, Joey!
