  Came to do an upgrade Remmy toook care of me right away also helped me add all mh stuff my other phone to my new phone . It wasn’t easy but he made it easy !!! Will deff recommend this store !

  Best experience I've ever had at a Cricket store in 14 years! Aide was AMAZING! Showed me all of my options and even helped me navigate my new upgraded phone! 10 stars for Aide

  I arrived at 9:10 a.m. and the store was still closed, even though Google clearly states the opening time is 9:00 a.m. There was no staff, no sign, and no explanation. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. If the store does not open on time, the hours should be updated accordingly.
