Unsanitary Practices: The staff member used the same gloves to make my sandwich right after handling meat without changing them.
Stale Food & Skimping: The bread was stale and old. When I asked for fresh bread, the employee got mad and then gave me barely half a spoon of chicken.
Rude Staff: Both the employee making the food and the lady working next to him (pictured) were extremely rude and hostile when politely asked for basic assistance

Visit the Waldron Rd location instead.
Interesting … how I managed to visit the location at 9:50, where I was met with a “we are closed” remark. I found that to be bizarre considering the sign adjacent to this servers body showing 8-10PM.
Well I appreciated his adjustment in his initial statement and proceeding in making my steak & cheese sandwich although he expressed the “unavailable” toaster oven.
He asked what he could get me and out of routine, additionally asked “would you like it toasted”.
I cant have it toasted right? … “Oh yeah haha it’s a habit”(fair enough). Anyways to my surprise the microwave didn’t work either at this hour UGH.
First time having a cold steak and cheese as a 3 year sandwich artist myself within the franchise (story for another day). Sweet onion sauce? Nope! Cold and sauce less, BUT.
Buuuuuuut
you get ALL the mayo you want.
If it’s not a missing item it is a lack of service and when having others handle your food, it’s important to trust your servers. I can’t trust this location sadly.

My daughter loves Subway so I give it five stars for food but for some reason they were unable to give her her birthday reward with having a subway account, so she was sad about it.
This place isn’t clean. There are flies buzzing around everywhere near the food, I saw a dead fly resting right beside the food, there’s gnats, and the tables are dirty.

The two kids that were working tonight were very attentive! One saw that I was tense being behind a big order and I only had one sub so he went ahead and took care of me...the smile on their face when I gave them a 5 dollar tip a piece was priceless knowing that they wouldn't get one from the order ahead of me...lessons it's the little things and props to these boys for working!!
