  Rude kids working there. No smiles or friendly words or tone. Acted miserable to be working and more interested in the friend that came to visit them who was waiting for them to make my sandwich. I made a mistake and asked for yellow mustard (my brain was telling me it was spicy mustard, my mistake) he loaded my sandwich with ao much yellow mustard it would be all I tasted. I asked him to scrape that off and he was obviously mad over that, but he did it. The sandwich was good, not amazing. Their entire cold bar with all of the meat, cheese, veggies etc was low and needed refilled. When I left (I was parked facing the front door) instead of working to fill and clean that, I saw them cutting up with their friend who had been waiting and the were obviously talking about me because they all laughed and then turned and looked at me with disgust and rude faces. If they hadn't done that I wouldn't even be writing a review on this place. But, since doing his job was too much for him and he had to complain about it and make jokes about me and blatantly laugh at me with his little friend while I was reversing out...I am reviewing this place. Kids shouldn't work in food service if they can't be polite.

  The night worker, I think his name was Trystan is the best and I mean THE BEST sandwich artist I have ever met, and his service was amazing he made a great sandwich and was laughing and cutting up with our whole group the whole night, he is JOHN SUBWAY he deserves a raise and I believe other workers should learn from him and his sandwich mastery and people skills.

  I think my sandwich is missing some stuff. If you're either out of it, or not gonna put it on, at least have the decency to tell me first Edit 8/15/26: Again, stuff was left off my footlong. This time, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce. I remembered to check before I left. Then, I went back in, and got told that they quit carrying them months ago. If that's the case, tell me that BEFORE I leave the store instead of me having to find out the hard way. People wonder why I only leave 1 star reviews. THIS is why. Good customer service would be, "Oh by the way, we stopped carrying cheddar cheese and bbq sauce." RIGHT WHEN you hand me my food, NOT me having to find out for myself
