  Chose this place after a not so positive arrival to an Airbnb. The first night we had an extremely not ok mishap with the hotel and another guest staying there. For context I, a young woman was staying with another young woman. Another guest somehow mistook our room for his, and upon our arrival we found the man had already laid in one of the beds and had clearly made himself comfortable. We went back downstairs to figure out the issue, and we were told by the receptionist that room service neglected to ensure the door had been locked behind them. The guy was able to come into the wrong room becuase of this negligence. However, he had told us his key worked on the door. When asked if we could ensure that his keys did not work and possibly get the keys switched out, I was dismissed constantly and offered the ability to leave without recompensation of any kind. The hotel room floors were stained and nasty. Didn't report it because the receptionist had already been extremely dismissive and not at all helpful. Was not offered anything to console, compensate, or correct the issue whatsoever. I have since made a formal complaint and still have yet to hear from anyone. no email, no call, nothing. Never again.

  Ryan at the front desk made both check-in and check-out easy with a friendly, welcoming attitude. My room was clean, comfortably air-conditioned, and the bathroom vent fan actually worked—a small thing that makes a difference. I especially enjoyed the little patio outside the back door overlooking Buc-ee’s, Krystal, and the Flapjack restaurant, a view that brought back wonderful memories of family vacations. The hotel is conveniently located less than a mile off I-40, making it an easy stop for travelers. This will definitely be my first choice the next time I’m passing through the area.

  Pillows rock solid back neck has a not now but pool is not heated make more areas smoking than the fireplace make it zi you can smoke on the balcony

  This hotel is great, especially for the price with the amenities included. Parking was easy and felt safe. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast, but there were a lot of options to choose from. The location is great as far as easy on/easy off of the interstate and I assume proximity to nearby tourist attractions. However, while it's not something they can control, the location also brings my rating down. It's summertime and families are vacationing, which is awesome, but there were kids and adults running up and down the hallways after midnight knocking on doors. Just something to keep in mind when you're booking. Overall, we would stay again.
