  Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long long time. Food was fine but everything else my goodness. I walk in at 9pm, store doesn’t close for another 3 hours but all the tables are put up, and someone is mopping getting ready to close. With a vape just hanging in his mouth, absolutely disgusting. Took 5 min for anyone to even acknowledge that I entered (restaurant was empty except for me and the employees) and when one of guys from the back comes to take my order he just stares at me with his mouth open, no hello, no what can I get for you, nothing. Food was given to me quickly but it was extremely disappointing the level of customer service and unprofessionalism

  Okay, know that I am a wing snob! If you have a restaurant with "wing" in the name, you better dang sure know how to cook a wing properly. Do not bring me some soggy half cooked wing that's still pink around the bone, that's nasty! Of all of the places on the west side of town that have "Wing" in their name, Wingstop is the ONLY one that knows how to cook a wing properly. Top that off with fast friendly service, tasty sauces and good sides, Wingstop is the best place to get wings in West Knoxville!

  Great customer service. Respectful staff to everyone who walked in and they were patient while it took be a bit to figure out what my kids and I would get. Juicy wings and fantastic seasoned fries that will be hard to top anywhere else. Best location in Knoxville!
