  It is June 3, 2026 11:46 AM… I went to the store for help with a package. I am disabled. I called and Kristen answered the phone. She hung up in my face when I asked for help getting a package out of my van so I can send it back. She was very nasty to me and told me to go to another UPS store if I didn’t want her help Spencer on the other hand came out and finally figured out that I was just a customer that needed help and he became friendly and helped me so Spencer got a tip and thank you Spencer for doing your job and being nice. Somebody needs to train Kristen cause she needs training how to treat customers.

  Went in to ship off a return and the staff at the counter tried to scan the barcode twice before telling me that I needed to call the company and ask for a new label (the barcode had lines in it). I was able to go to another UPS store down the road, where that staff just keyed in the code on the label and took the package successfully. I shouldn’t have had to go to another store when the solution was this easy.

  Christine was incredibly pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated as a first-timer at this store. I originally came in for an **Amazon return**, and the process was "easy peasy." Thank you for the great service! I will definitely be back to mail my packages here in the future.
