  Once again this UPS location has not improved on their customer service. The employee has the customer wait on her to package or wrap the return before giving your receipt. When the employee was finished scanning my returns, she paused to hand my receipt when it printed. She was wrapping the package. I said,"did my receipt print?". She replied, "yes". I said, "can you please give it to me?". She replied, "yes, can you let me do this first?". I said, "no, please hand it to me". She wanted me to wait on her while she prepared the return. This employee needs to understand that customers come first and need out the door. The customer's time is limited and important to get in and out the door. The employee needs to complete the task after customers are gone.

  Malia Lawrence was so very patient and helpful with creating labels for my 5 packages right at the end of the day. A driver was actually waiting for the 5th package because I was late getting there.
