  We had to ship several welcome bag items for our wedding, including 52 abalone shells, from Tennessee to Miami and then on to Belize. The manager carefully and strategically packed everything into just two large boxes, which was no small feat. We were genuinely impressed. Every item arrived in Belize on time and completely intact—nothing broken, despite the fragile contents. We use this location regularly and have always had good experiences, but this shipment exceeded our expectations. We greatly appreciated the extra care and attention that went into making sure everything arrived safely. Highly recommend!

  Lately...this seems to be the most unfriendly and unwelcoming stop in my daily routines. I wonder if you are so unhappy with whatever it is that bothers you - customers, Amazon returns, or working in general - why even do it? The location by Pet Supplies Plus seems much more eager to help!
