  Crybaby middle aged dude wants to charge over 3 dollars to print a label and have an attitude. Don't waste your time. They try to upcharge you on everything. Based on the other negative reviews seems like the same guy is a problem consistently. Dude get a different job if you are that miserable. Store owner forces a print fee charge (which is okay per the UPS franchise agreement) but its greedy and disgusting. You would be better of marketing yourself as a friendly welcoming store instead of a amazon return hub where your pouty employees have attitudes before the customer even speaks.

  Great service and friendly employees. Thank you to Kristin, the manager for helping me with my package. Mailed Thursday, suppose to be at the destination on Monday, it actually arrived Saturday, less than 48 hours. Best experience ever!
