  Christian is a rude and unhelpful employee. Returned stuff with her before and have been charged no fees, today charged me a 4 dollar "re taping fee". When asked about it stated " I must've liked you that day". Threatened to charge me for a whole roll if I wanted to keep going. If you hate your job just go get a new one.

  I don't expect my butt to be kissed when I walked in the store but more than a sigh and a forced how can I help you with a scowl on the face would be appreciated. My second time here and the employee are absolutely miserable. I said good morning and no response. Plenty of other places to use!

  Had some trouble at another printing place/office store getting some printing done. Thought I would ask the UPS store if they could help since I was there shipping something anyway. They were able to take care of my printing needs right away. Fast! Friendly! Thank you Cedar Bluff UPS Store

  The last three times I’ve been in this particular location. The staff have been snooty, uninformed and particularly unhelpful. Do not go here go to the one up the street.

  avarie (i believe her name is) was so kind and helpful. she was helping out multiple people at a time and kept a smile on her face the whole time when i’m sure she was a little overwhelmed.
