  Today I came in to get my passport photo taken and shipped off! I met two amazing workers Lauren and Justin who were both so sweet, kind, understanding and best of all funny! I totally recommend stopping by for any of your needs! This was my first time in a UPS store and it was a great experience!😁

  I was in there for not even a full minute and felt that experience was good enough for a review. My boy Zac RAN to the door to help me carry in a very large box, apologized that he didn’t get there fast enough and then held the door for me, and THEN proceeded to carry it for me. Everyone here is so nice and I come here often and have never had a single bad experience.

  Shout out to Lauren for helping me send a picture to dad. I needed to keep it safe as it was very fragile. He even got it earlier than expected! Great job!

  Laurn figured out my Amazon return problem. Previously I spoke to Amazon and they weren’t able to help. I have struggled with this return for a while.The first employe did not seem to help. Lauren is the only employee that looks alive
