  Went to ups in Halls today! The woman behind the counter was extremely rude!! She needs training. I didn’t deserve that treatment. The young man with glasses helping me was very helpful and kind. I sure hope that woman was not his supervisor. Fed x from now on. Amazon probably needs to find a better service for their returns.

  We went in to get forms notarized and the manager was extremely rude to us and yelling at her coworkers. I tried to explain what the forms were for but she told me my mom had to explain it to her. However, my mom can't because she has dementia. She was adamant that my mom had to explain the forms even though I am her POA. 10/10 Would NOT recommend.

  Every time I come here there is some kind of problem! I got here Sat 5/30 at 9:30am right when they opened & there’s a line out the door. It’s now 9:50 & the is getting longer outside & the same customer is still at the counter with the ONE employee!😡
