  Caitlyn Lux the manager there is completely unprofessional. I go to this subway during my lunch break throughout the week and she is the most rude individual I have ever seen. She talks down to her employees, yells at them over silly things, and every time she gets a decent worker in that building she runs them off. I came in 11/15/2017 for lunch and I was instantly met with hostility because I interrupted her phone call. Well excuse me for you working at a business and me being a customer that wanted what you were selling lady. Then when I asked where her helper that I enjoyed making my sandwiches went, she said she had quit and then bragged that she made her leave. Whoever owns this particular subway needs to fire this person, she doesn’t need to be in charge of people. I’m taking my buisness to cedar bluff’s subway.
