I ordered lunch for a coworker and myself today via Door Dash. I was not happy and will not be back to this location.
The driver brought the wrong order and it was 2 foot longs so full the bag was starting to rip. Well she goes back (as I am 2 blocks down from this Subway), and brings me back the most absurd and pathetic sandwiches I have ever seen. They were so small, we thought that maybe they messed up again....
My coworker ordered the vegan patties, but received the veggie delight (which costs less than the the vegan patties), and BOTH of our sandwiches were essentially roll ups with almost nothing in them except the tiny bread they gave us. They weren't even 2" wide, were incorrect, and absolutely not worth $8 each.
I understand you may be short staffed & it's not necessarily your fault the driver took the wrong order, but this is ridiculous and is the 3rd time I've had issues with this location with or without Door Dash. Do better for the people who will continue to visit your location.
I am so frustrated.
