  A few weeks back my boyfriend watched the worker making food with out gloves, cough in her hand. So he asked for her to please put on gloves and wasn't rude about it. Well he can fussed at and didn't end up with and order fast forward he just wanted a quick bite so he ran in today ended up getting a hair in his sandwich (he is bald please note this. ) went back to just try to get a refund, was told it was his fault, was actually cussed out and told to never order again. I'm honestly surprised the health department hasn't been contacted by more people at this point.

  If your in Knoxville, please stop using this location as your Subway. The workers have zero regard for food safety and sanitation. On two separate occasions I've had to get a refund here (which they will do anything to deny). First time I watched a worker prepare my sandwich after coughing profusely into her hand, not even wearing gloves for that matter. Second I found a huge hair in my sub and when brought to the same workers attention she played it off like it was my fault for coming back to the restaurant. Save your money and save yourself food poisoning or worse and choose somewhere else. No one is holding any of these workers accountable for proper food handling and you will pay the price. Let's get this Subway out and a more reputable sandwich joint in.

  They barely put any cheese on it you couldn't even taste it they acted like the vegetables were theirs and they weren't going to give you any they kept saying huh huh huh huh they were the most rudest people I have ever met at a sandwich shop and it's ridiculous.

  This Subway consistently has some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They always hire the strangest men and women to work here, who almost always make weird remarks to me. Their retention rate regarding hiring has to be absolutely abysmal due to this. Currently, the older man that works here is extremely creepy towards me and my other female coworkers. He makes unwarranted comments telling us we are pretty and making comments on our clothing. Super inappropriate. Whenever I order online/through the app, my order is never ready by the time the app says it should be. When i arrive, he starts on it and stares at me while he makes the sandwich and it makes me very uncomfortable. He has made me and my coworkers (some of which are still in high school!) very uncomfortable. IDK if anyone but Jared Fogle would approve of this.
