  Walked in subway. Lady was making 5 or 6 subs. There was no one in store waiting for food. She did not acknowledge me just kept making subs. I waited patiently then after a while I left. Only then did she start hollering as I walked out the door saying I was going to get you next. I took my sub order to Domino's a few stores away. All she had to do was to say something to me while I was standing there waiting.

  I came In today at the countryside ln across from food city on middlebrook to get two sandwiches and my sister a pizza and I didn’t know what cheese my sister wanted so I had to call my mom and the worker named Kayla laughs in my face and says “ I don’t have time for your phone calls”. I am a young teenager and you can clearly tell. No need for her to talk that way towards me. This subway needs shut down or under control. And my food was disgusting and cold after I asked for it to be toasted.

  the worker there was amazing! he chopped all the veggies for my sandwich and made it so well! he deserves a raise! 12/10 best sub i’ve had

  I'm writing this review for the sandwich artist Caleb. He has always made my sandwiches excellently and is always so kind. I hope he or his manager sees this!

  Ordered via the app for pickup. I went in with a face covering as has been advised by the CDC and to my surprise not one of the three people behind the counter was wearing a face covering. The man that gave me my food was not wearing gloves and proceeded to hand me a pen to sign a receipt which defeats the entire purpose of "contactless pickup". The sandwich I ordered was a Veggie that had barely anything on it. I ended up with a bread sandwich. I will not go back to this location and would advise others to avoid it since the staff is not following safety recommendations.
