  Placed an order at 8:05pm for pick up. Arrived at the Restaurant at 8:20pm when they told me it was ready. To get to the restaurant and find out the order hasn't been started yet. The associate informed me that he wanted to take of the dine in orders first. So I waited patiently for my order. Then when finally done the two customers waiting he finally started my order at 8:45pm. In the middle of making my sandwich, a new customer walked in wanting cookies (which I had ordered also). He stopped my order so the lady could purchase cookies. To which point he finally finished my order at 8:50pm and when it came time to pick the cookies for my order I placed at 8:05 I couldn't pick the ones I wanted because he allowed her to clear out two complete styles of cookies. What a waste of time and shitty customer service.

  I have to share just how amazing these people at this location are. You want honest, down-to-earth, hard working people taking care of you and your business? This is the place to go. Wrecked my 100 lb bike. I dropped it straight on top myself. Both Kim and Desiree came out to check on me. Humble, sweet, and so caring. You two single-handedly made me a customer for life at this location. Amazing job Subway at hiring two fantastic people! Also, they make some FIRE sandwiches. Want love on your sandwich and community? Come to this location!
