  Though they were out of rotisserie and the grilled chicken they still had the teriyaki which is perfectly fine. Still delicious. There’s girl working tonight was amazing. I absolutely love her and I feel like she deserves a promotion or a raise. She has such an amazing attitude and honestly so dedicated to her job and doing everything she can to make sure the customer is happy! Honestly, best subway sandwich I’ve had in so long. Sad I have to come all the way here from Jefferson City for a good sandwich, lucky for me I was coming this way anyways. Lmao. She deserves all the kindness in the world. 💕

  I put a mobile order in and went to go pick it up and was waiting while in the lobby, I guess the heavy set blonde woman working didn't know I was there, but was extremely rude. She man handled my sandwich, didn't toast it I guess because she was rushing to get to the next person in line and proceeded to throw my sandwich at me. Trash location. Go to the one on maynardville hwy. Hell, go to the Walmart location. Both are way, way better than this one. Avoid at all costs!!!!

  Went to this location today. I have been there a few times before. Everyone there is so nice and does a great job. But today it was Dani and Amanda. Usually there’s only one person and that is literally my ONLY gripe about this location. But as usual, Amanda and Dani were very sweet and respectful and did their jobs very well. I hope the ownership is aware that they are very fortunate to have such great employees!! Because honestly I would never do what they do with no help and I’m sure not all customers are understanding with them, and that’s a shame because it’s management’s responsibility to make sure they are staffed sufficiently.
