    Terrible service, rude employee, wouldn't give us the deal that it was literally showing on the phone and she didn't even try and help us. Drive a few extra minutes to another subway because this was awful

    First the employee engaged in a long conversation with the customer ahead of so it took a long time for him to get to us. We ordered two sandwiches and it was down hill from there. The toasted sub was nearly burnt to a crisp (didn't know until we got to our picnic spot) the other sub- the bread was so stale and hard I could not eat it. I just ended up eating the meat and cheese as the toppings were stuck to the bun. The employee was so off (iykyk) There was a fly in and around the food. We kept watching but it didn't land so we took a chance on buying the food. I guess we should have turned and walked out when we got the warning from the fly!! Won't be back! Just gross!🤮

    Very friendly service. The sandwich was prepared exactly as requested and he did not smash the bread when wrapping it like most of your server do

    My two star isn't a direct reflection of the employees but a reflection of the location. They are under staffed and out of a lot of things . We order online and every time it's not ready when we get here . If this location had the proper staffing to accommodate then they would likely be a good location. When I walked in the lady leaving with her order said "good luck" . These other reviews are spot on .
