  The only worker went on break because he had been here by himself for 10 hours without being given a break. Terrible management and understaffing. Pay your workers and stop breaking labor laws.

  My order was marked as ready, and NOTHING is ready. It was one sandwich. One. Singular sandwich. The girl before the new lady, I guess up and left, but marked the order as complete. Ridiculous. Wasting my time, being a burden on the employee that came in at 3. MIND YOU THIS ORDER WAS PUT IN AT 2:45

  I am a regular at this subway for last 4 years. By this time, I have seen lots of people to work here and generally they are nice, kind and respectful. However, the current African American lady has an attitude problem. One day she made me to wait for around 30 mins extra though it was a pick up order. She let people go before me who came after me. Another day, she did not pay attention to the instructions and was arguing over it! She asked me for the receipt and I had to show her the instructions written on the receipt. The way she looked at me is quite disrespectful. I am not coming back here until I see a new server.

  Service is poor, produce is frozen and old. It’s just not the same quality or service as before.
