My order was marked as ready, and NOTHING is ready. It was one sandwich. One. Singular sandwich.
The girl before the new lady, I guess up and left, but marked the order as complete.
Ridiculous. Wasting my time, being a burden on the employee that came in at 3. MIND YOU THIS ORDER WAS PUT IN AT 2:45

I am a regular at this subway for last 4 years. By this time, I have seen lots of people to work here and generally they are nice, kind and respectful. However, the current African American lady has an attitude problem. One day she made me to wait for around 30 mins extra though it was a pick up order. She let people go before me who came after me. Another day, she did not pay attention to the instructions and was arguing over it! She asked me for the receipt and I had to show her the instructions written on the receipt. The way she looked at me is quite disrespectful. I am not coming back here until I see a new server.
The new gentleman Gary, has by far the best customer service I've ever experienced. I noticed while walking into Walmart this day him cleaning everything while the other employee did absolutely nothing!!! I frequent this walmart alot and never see anyone actually working the front. Normally everyone is standing around or not at the front at all.. Hopefully this subway store can keep this guy around.

The food is good, and if you ask for extra vegetables they don't try to charge or act mad, so that makes me happy. I would like a more friendly environment sometimes, that is why i took away a star. The guy who works in the afternoon is great.
They need better salad options
