  I placed an order for pickup at 5pm. I get there at 5:20 bc I got held up at work; no order. I wait in line. There's 3 people ahead, I'll just be patient. 45 mins goes by. For THREE people. Ok, whatever, he's the only guy working. He claims my order got stolen and starts making it. OK, cool, people are rude and take what isn't theirs, not his fault. He makes one sandwich and puts an allergen on it because he keeps going back and forth on the ticket for the two I ordered. I mention that it's an allergen and I can't eat it, he takes the allergen off the sandwich and puts it on the sandwich it was supposed to go on, and tries to continue with the contaminated sandwich. I tell him that it's an allergy and can't be eaten since the allergen contaminated it. He huffs and throws the sandwich across the room into the trash. He remakes the sandwich with the wrong cheese and missing an ingredient because he hasn't prepped any. At this point I've been in this store for an HOUR for 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be made before I even got there, and one was made incorrectly. I do not recommend this location to anyone. That was a ridiculous and unprofessional experience all around.

  Wrong topping (olives) on sandwich. Allergic to olives so IT is a problem. Had to destroy the sandwich to get all the olives off. If I had been in the store I would have given it back. The bread was also over toasted and tasted burnt in areas.

  I got the Footlong Turkey with Pepper Jack. Toasted. My sandwich was so delicious and well prepared. The workers were friendly and fast. The restaurant was super clean and comfortable.

  Who ever you had working tonight is absolutely horrible and she was so high she couldn’t even function! 50$ worth of food from an online order and it was all wrong ! One sandwich had mustard and bacon ! Not even eating the one sandwich that was right because who knows what happened to it
