  Arrived at the store just before 6:00 PM. The one employee that was in the store was setting 3 12” loaves of bread. We approached the counter and he never looked up. He worked on the three sandwiches (very slowly) and still did not look up. At 6:13 PM, the employee finally came to us and said, “what do you want.” He did not apologize for the delay, nor did he even greet us. I would have expected him to at least acknowledge our presence when we came in and let us know he would be with us shortly. Customer service is apparently not in his repertoire. Gave a two-star rating only because the sandwich we got was good and that raised the rating to the 2-star.

  I ordered the sub online picked it up and they literally put three slices of pepperoni on bread and put it in the bag

  The smell of freshly baked bread will draw you in, knew it would be a good place by the constant stream of people coming in and out. My meatball sub was made to perfection! My sandwich artist was great with suggestions and patient as u made up my mind. The store was clean and so were the bathrooms. Great place for a quick bite
