The bread on my sandwich was so old and hard it crumbled and fell with every bite. I ordered online and picked up. They forgot the mayo. Extremely dry sandwich!!!
What ever happened to the nice previous employees they where a lot better. These new ones squeezed the sandwich because i dodnt know why but she was talking to her co worker and not focusing. Also teach them how to make change and listen to the customer. Tidal was n 8.55 I handed her 10.55 so I could get 2 dollars even I told her I didnt want change she just never grabbed the 55 cents and outs in 10 dollars even I kept telling her here is the 55 give me 2 dollars she looked like an idiot wondering what was I talking about I had to explain it 3 times plus 4th time in spanish . 1 they dodnt listen they distracted 2. Need to learn what change is and how to do it not everyone pays with cards. 3. Do not squeeze customers sandwich go squeeze something else!

Walked in about a month ago, and a couple was being waited on, and I was standing aside, and the employee looked up and said what do you want in a very angry tone, I said I was just looking at the menu above and he told me I needed to stand by the cash register and wait. I just waited a minute and decided I didn't want this man to make my meal. I've always been treated nice any other time than I had been there, but I'll probably never go back.

Brad is always so nice. Gives great customer service. Helps the energy of the employees and atmosphere. Never been to a subway like it. He’s amazing. Always has a good attitude and kind heart. Never complains with my needy sandwiches. Thanks Brad! I would advise anyone to come to this location.
