  We ordered online. My wife just wanted a salad as that was what she was craving after having surgery, and due to having surgery we couldn’t go there to eat. They gave the wrong order to us, and when we tried calling to see if there was a way to get our food they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called for fifteen minutes. Unacceptable!

  Dylan made me the perfect Spicy Italian. Perfectly balanced and perfectly portioned to my requests. It was the best thing that happened to me that day.

  Customer service was terrible. After staring at me for 30 seconds I greeted the employee since it was clear he wasn’t going to greet me. Was very rude and unprofessional!

  Went on 3/15/26 @ 10 am..the young lady working was very friendly and made our subs as ordered. However the bread was so hard on one side that it couldn't be eaten, so we ended up throwing half a sandwich away due be inedible. What a waste!!! Please don't bake the bread so hard!!! Otherwise everything looked fresh and clean.
