I’m currently at the Subway on Kingston Pike. About 20 minutes ago, I was told they were working on an order, and I believe it was a phone order. I have been standing here waiting, and no one has taken my order yet.
I understand places can get busy, but it is frustrating to wait this long before even being helped or having my order taken. I’m writing this review to share my experience and show how the service was at this location today.

Only one car in the parking lot. Drive thru was a ghost town. Go through the drive thru to order a quick 6 inch sub for work and the first question i get at the drive thru was “do you have a pickup” i said No.
Then the guy said well i have 6 other orders ahead of you so it’ll be awhile before i can Make yours. I just Wanted dinner for work.
I’m sorry. That’s not how mobile pickup orders work. When i worked At jimmy John’s years ago and if one of my employees said that to someone in the drive thru I’d write them up immediately. Since when do mobile orders with nobody there yet to pick them up take priority over customers already at the store?
Won’t be back.
Got the JJ instead right down the road. Ridiculous.

Food is good but they only ever have 1 employee so if you aren't the only one there, expect to wait. This isn't a problem with the employees, they are great. This is a problem with owners being greedy and not wanting to hire anyone.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive through to place an order. The worker told me he had four orders to fill, but I never saw anyone come to pick up anything. After about 20 minutes, I asked him again if I could place my order, but he said again that he had four orders to fill. I left after waiting 30 minutes and will never go back.

The staff omg I’ve tried the last 3-4 times giving them chances after chance the staff are rude and never able to do anything on a reasonable timeline for instance I went the time before last on my 30 min lunch sat in drive thru for 10 mins was told to keep waiting ended up going inside and he then says he’s about to start on an 11 sub mobile order rather than getting started on mine that’s just 1 I told him I’m on lunch and I don’t have time he said sorry nothing he could do like I WORK IN SERVICE EVERYONE KNOWS YOU NEVER PUT MOBILE ABOVE IN STORE PURCHASE and ironically same guy for today’s issue was there today at 6:30 so I have no idea what guys name is I’m sorry but I ordered ahead of time to try and narrow timeline of screw up I order it and it goes through charge is currently pending on account trying to get a refund which also is very difficult but it said it was picked up which blatant lie tried calling still going to store called 2X rang 2-3 mins each time arrive at store get through drive through he says well it says it was picked up clearly not and that it could be an error that it happens sometimes and I’ll probably get my money back in a day or so nothing he could do like what the hell is wrong with this freaking store just completely unacceptable and borderline imbecilic NEVER GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!
