  Went here today to get food for dinner. They didn’t start on my online order till I walked in. The short man with brown hair training Julia was the sweetest employee in the building. There was 5 other employees that were rude to him and not helpful. They told him to smile more and criticize him while he struggles to make my 3 foot longs. The rest of the employees sat and watched him with no help. The only reason I would ever come back here is for that kind overworked man who helped me today.

  Food was fresh, store was clean, and workers were friendly. Store’s new managers were wonderful. We came in with a group of 15 and they had us through the line and eating in about 30 minutes!

  I've ordered here twice at the west end location. They've gotten both my orders wrong. Forgot my chips both times. My Mountain Dew was warm. The meat always looks like a strange color. This restaurant isn't what it used to be. The meat and bread always taste off. Very disappointing. Never consistent. Will not be returning.

  Miranda made 2 great sandwiches even though she was working alone. She was so sweet and made my afternoon. I will go back to this location for their customer service!
