  When you need to call and cancel an online order IMMEDIATELY after placing it they won't answer the phone. No sandwich and you're out $$.

  DoorDashed the order, didn't get chips or either one of my drinks. my sandwich had zero toppings I asked for. Girlfriends didn't have her toppings then they couldn't even take the time to add a top piece of bread to her sandwhich. And of course when you try to call their store they ignore all phone calls. Worst subway in knoxville

  They continually hire young people that could care less about their customers. The first negative experience I had, the employee apparently was having a bad day and gave me attitude because I ordered a sandwich. She was throwing stuff around and cussing. Then tonight, I tried to order a toasted sub 15 minutes before they close but she had already shut everything down. As a result I paid full price for a cold soggy sandwich. Don't expect much from this location.
