  Got the chicken teriyaki meal of the day. Honestly very disappointed with the lack of flavor and quality. I feel bad for the lady working today- overheard a convo of her saying she has her own store and had to be here herself of give up one of her workers. So not sure where the people who manage this store were. It seems like they are always out of stuff too. Also very annoyed with the “new rewards program”. You can only get free footlongs but I don’t order them so guess I’ll never be able to redeem rewards. I’ll stick with firehouse and jimmy John’s.

  I bought an $8 6 inch sandwich that had maybe an ounce of meat on it. I remembered why I quit eating at Subway years ago.

  Before they put in new gloves the guy took off his old ones and rubbed his hands on his shirt then rubbed his hands all over the new gloves. After toasting it he rubbed his fingers all over the inside of my sandwich WITHOUT GLOVES. Very unsanitary disipointed in subway. We ordered online and the app told us our food was ready. We waited in line 30 minutes before getting to the counter and that forgot to make our food. The app said it was ready.that said it was ready. We waited another 10 mins for that

  Was here on 6/5/19 and the service was fine but as me, my husband, my daughter and grand-daughter was eating at their tables we noticed a cockroach was crawling up the wall beside us. Although the food was right and service was good we will not be returning ever again. If you see roaches during the day that means there is an infestation problem.
