  ZERO STARS. From all of the 1 star reviews of Karen Teske, we should have known not to use this agency. We moved to TN from out of state and needed home and auto insurance. My husband called around and spoke with a representative named Silver and gave our VIN numbers for our two vehicles (both owned) and he gave us a quote, we agreed, paid in full. A year later we receive a notice from the state of TN stating we don’t have coverage. We immediately called Karen and discover they insured completely different vehicles. We never owned the vehicles they had on file and they claim there was an “error in the system” After we called to bring this to their attention, they are RAISING our rates and refuse to honor the original quote. Seems like a bait and switch. On top of this error, Karen blamed us, the paying clients, because we did not review our documents closer…Be careful!
