  After three different phone calls with what I assume is an answering service and speaking to three different people that had no clue what American English was or is I was very seriously considering finding a new insurance company. I decided to give it one more shot and finally found a number that connected me with the Sevierville, Tennessee, Teske office. A lady named Courtney Gunnels answered the phone. Courtney was very pleasant, very professional, and knew exactly what I needed and how to solve the problem. Her professionalism and knowledge kept me as a customer so I can't imagine how many others she's kept for the Teske Agency and the Allstate Insurance Company. Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough.
